Information used to provide the service

A2O Lite Neon Dance processes your account details, uploaded photos, generation status, purchased uses and support requests. Google sign-in provides your basic name, email address and profile image. Authentication sessions use necessary cookies. Existing accounts require an explicit linking step before adding a Google identity.

Our Cloudflare-hosted service uses D1 for account and transaction records and private R2 storage for uploaded photos and generated videos. Access to customer files requires an authenticated owner session or a short-lived, purpose-bound supplier link. Uploaded photos are retained for up to 7 days and generated video files for up to 30 days. Download your videos before file expiry. Purchase and task records may remain longer to support accounting, fraud prevention and dispute handling.

Photo review and generation providers

Necessary photos are sent to SeeAPI for an independent image safety review. Approved input photos and the fixed reference are sent to KIE for Seedance 2.0 Fast video generation using the 15-second, 720p preset. These providers process the inputs under their own policies. Do not upload images you are not authorized to use. We cannot promise that automated review detects every unsafe image.

Payments

Stripe hosts checkout and processes payment details. We retain the payment identifiers, status and purchased entitlements needed to fulfill your order; we do not store full card numbers. Purchases are one-time packs without automatic renewal.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you opt in. The integration is limited to public pages and removes query strings, fragments and referrer data from the page information it sends. Account, payment and administration pages, uploaded photos and private file links are excluded. Advertising signals are disabled. Change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Necessary account cookies work independently of that choice.

Your choices and requests

Use your account controls to manage available profile and file actions. For access, correction, deletion or privacy questions, contact us through support. Some transaction or abuse-prevention records may need to be retained when required by applicable obligations. We use access controls and encryption where configured, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
