Refund and Quality Review Policy

Packs and validity

Our one-time packs are 1 generation for $9.90, 3 for $19.90 and 5 for $29.90 USD. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Each confirmed purchase is valid for 365 days. Uses are applied in earliest-expiry order; file retention is separate from purchase validity.

Technical failures

A generation use is reserved while a task runs and consumed after valid video delivery. A confirmed technical failure releases a reserved use with its original purchase expiry. A network timeout or unknown supplier status is investigated before retrying; it is not treated automatically as a failed generation or a payment refund.

Quality review

If a delivered video clearly fails the fixed two-person template, submit a quality claim from your video account and describe the problem. An authorized administrator reviews the result and records the decision. An approved claim grants one replacement use linked to the original delivered task. The original use stays consumed, the replacement keeps the original purchase expiry, and replacement claims cannot create an unlimited chain of free generations. An expired purchase does not receive a new validity period.

AI imperfections alone do not guarantee a refund, and no automatic system can reliably certify every identity or dance detail. Our quality process provides human review of reported problems.

Payment refund requests

For duplicate payments, incorrect charges, unused packs or other billing problems, contact support with your account and order reference. Do not send full card details. Monetary refunds are reviewed separately from generation-use replacements and are processed through the original payment provider when approved. Opening a quality claim does not itself issue a cash refund. Applicable mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
